Substances Actives SAS — 36 rue des Petits Champs, 75002 Paris, France — provides, as technical publisher and IT operator, the design, hosting, maintenance and development of the website on behalf of the data controller (Mutualité Française Saône-et-Loire).

Email notifications (sending of contact messages) are routed via Mailgun Technologies Ireland Ltd, an email delivery provider based in Ireland, operating from within the European Union (Frankfurt datacenter).

Content authoring

The medical and general editorial content is developed with the assistance of the scientific committee of Substances Actives SAS, composed equally of dental surgeons. Mutualité Française Saône-et-Loire is responsible for the information published on this website, in particular that relating to its dental centres, organisation and teams.

Funding of the site

This website is funded exclusively by Mutualité Française Saône-et-Loire. There is no other source of funding and no advertising is displayed on it.

Data collected and purposes:

• Audience measurement (Matomo): anonymised technical data (IP address masked on the last two octets, page viewed, visit duration, browser, traffic source). Purpose: production of anonymous traffic statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR), within the consent-exemption regime defined by French CNIL deliberation n°2020-091 of 17 September 2020.
• Contact and appointment forms: first name, last name, city, email, phone, free-text message, dental centre concerned. Purpose: handling your request and organising your appointment. Legal basis: pre-contractual or contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Recipients of the data: data from forms is transmitted to the secretariat of the mutual dental centres (Mutualité Française Saône-et-Loire). No data is transmitted to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Technical sub-processors:

• Scaleway SAS (physical hosting of servers in France);
• Mailgun Technologies Ireland Ltd (email notification delivery, EU datacenter).

Retention period:

• Audience measurement data (Matomo): maximum 25 months (CNIL recommendation);
• Contact and appointment form submissions: 3 years from the last contact;
• Server connection technical logs: maximum 12 months (legal obligation).

Transfers outside the European Union: no personal data is transferred outside the European Union as part of the standard operation of the site. Only one optional feature, the Google Street View virtual tour, may result in a transfer to the United States: it is disabled by default and only loads after explicit user click (see paragraph below).

Your rights: you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, and portability of your personal data, as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death (Article 85 of the French Data Protection Act).
